Grizzlar is an innovative mobility start-up focused on radically shortening time to market. We demonstrate our methods and capabilities through the EMX30 motorcycle. The experience gained from developing the EMX30 is transferred directly into our engineering services and shared with customers across the automotive industry.

In 2021, Niklas founded Grizzlar UG alongside his mechanical engineering studies at RWTH Aachen University and his work as a design engineer at Siebtechnik GmbH in Mülheim an der Ruhr. Drawing on the experience gained from previously founding the non-profit organizations MX AIX and TechAachen, the original aim was to finance his studies through location-independent freelance work.
The business started with initial projects in design engineering for a start-up and development services in the motorcycle aftermarket industry. Today, we can carry out comprehensive mechanical analyses and durability calculations for complete vehicles.
EMX15 Impressions
Grizzlar UG's first technology demonstrator was presented at the Aachen Colloquium in 2022. The complex task of developing a motorcycle from a blank sheet of paper gave the company major advances in planning and implementation.
